HEALTH: Açaí Berry

Seems like people really enjoyed the previous health post so here another one! I'm going to be talking about another super food and it's called açaí berry. Never heard of it before? Well, continue reading to see what the fuss is all about!!

What is Açaí?

Açaí (pronounced “ah-sigh-ee”) is a berry super food. Açaí berry vitamins have many benefits. Açaí berries are small, round fruits that are purple and black. They often resemble a slightly smaller and darker version of a blueberry or grape. Açaí berries have a large seed inside that contains a small amount of pulp. They are native to the Amazon rain forest area. Açaí berries are normally found in big palm trees in the rain forests. The berries grow in bunches, similar to how bananas develop.
